Jessica Penny

Jessica met yoga when an injury prevented her from doing her typical workouts. What started as a temporary fix turned into a lifestyle, and a yogi was born! Jessica is a busy wife, mom, non-profit director, and pet parent who loves the power her yoga practice has to ground and connect her and loves to share that power of connection in her classes. Jessica teaches flow, hot, and has also taught beginner and kid’s classes. In her free time you can find her sweating in a Revive class, walking her dogs, or floating in the pool with a good book.
