I sought out yoga after a continual battle against anxiety and depression that started during adolescence. I hoped to find a tool that would make that fight a little bit easier. Soon after the start of my yoga journey she decided to become an instructor herself, in order to pass this crucial knowledge on to others who were also struggling. She has taught adult classes as well as working in schools with children from Pre-K all the way up to seniors in high school and now hosts yoga retreats in inspiring international locations. Lori’s Noble Goal is to empower people to KNOW themselves and BE themselves.
