Emma Keller
I discovered a passion for yoga unexpectedly. I was struggling with anxiety and was introduced to a yoga class through my climbing gym. I was immediately drawn to the breathwork and connection I established with my body and breath, along with the physical practice and just how deeply personal movement is. As a climber, the physical aspects of yoga resonated with me, creating a physical balance in my lifestyle. And more importantly the more I practiced, the more I learned how to be softer and gentler within myself, to give myself as much compassion and understanding as I give others around me. As a teacher, I strive to bring encouragement and strength to my students, as well as helping them to establish a connection of mind and body.
