Nikki's Fun loving classes are inspired by happiness, compassion, and selfcare. Nikki teaches energized Hot Yoga Classes that will make you leave feeling aligned, grounded, and focused. Nikki encourages others to take their practice off the mat creating new possibilities of a balanced and stress free life. She started practicing yoga in 2008 to reduce anxiety caused by an accident and quickly made it a lifestyle. Nikki loves creating community and sharing her Southern charm with everyone.If you ever need a big hug she is your go to person, she loves giving big juicy hugs. Nikki moved to Houston in 2002 from Baton Rouge, La and loved Houston so much she decided to make it her permanent home. After 10 successful years in Oil and Gas Nikki decided to create an amazing YogaOne Kingwood community in Kingwood, TX. Nikki and her husband Lance own YogaOne Kingwood. Nikki earned her 200 Hour RYT certification through YogaOne Studios in 2015 and immediately after started pursuing her 300-Hour Certification.
