Laura Smith
Laura has been practicing yoga for 23 years. She began her journey on the mat to support her passion for running and weightlifting. Yoga soon took the spotlight as she fell in love with the mind-body connection it provided, leading to a more centered and peaceful existence.
Laura began teaching yoga 7 years ago and is trained in Vinyasa, Yin, and Sculpt. Laura aims to provide a warm and welcoming environment for students of all levels, always providing modifications and challenges. She leads with detailed instruction and cueing, encouraging students to focus on staying present in their bodies, allowing their practice to become a moving meditation. Her goal is for every student to leave class feeling confident, empowered and rejuvenated.
