This passion deepened through practicing extensively in cities like London and Singapore before completing my 200-hour YTT in Bali. Deeply influenced by Power, Dharma, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa, my dynamic Power Yoga classes blend asana practice with pranayama, philosophy, and a sacred union of movement and mindfulness. Grounded in the belief that yoga is a lifelong journey of self-acceptance, I teach in a supportive environment.
