We're proud to offer Kingwood, Humble, and Porter a variety of Yoga sessions:

Flow: This is an active and physical class with continuous movement where students transition (flows) from one posture to the next linking breath with movement without rest in-between, often with sun salutations (vinyasas) linking the postures. This style of yoga is a great compliment to our Hot classes. Warm, but not hot 80-90 degrees F. This is for beginners through advanced students. Sequence is created by the teacher.

Hot Flow: This dynamic, energizing, and challenging style of yoga links breath and movement through unique sequences; combining sun salutations, standing postures and floor work. The smooth, continuous flow deepens the breath, develops core strength, increases endurance, and challenges balance and flexibility. You will leave these classes with a renewed mental and physical energy. It is done in a hot room to allow the body to warm up quickly and to maximize the detoxifying, cleansing nature of the postures in the series. Temperature: 90-102 degrees, 40-60% humidity. Sequence is created by the teacher.

Power Flow: This dynamic, energizing and challenging style of yoga links breath and movement through unique sequences; combining sun salutations, standing postures and floor work. Yoga Sculpt: Yoga sculpt incorporates hand weights, resistance training and high-intensity cardio bursts for a full body workout. Bring your mat, towel, water, and lots of energy. Sequence is created by the teacher.

Warm: This is our YogaOne Kingwood Hot 60 sequence done in a lower temperature (90-95 degrees as opposed to 100-104 degrees). This class is great for those who want to ease their way into Hot Yoga classes or just prefer a lower temperature. This class is very beginner friendly. This class is a set sequence.

Revive Hot Tunes: This is YogaOne Kingwood's hot yoga class set to music with limited verbal instructions and it is a lot of fun! Instructor does the class with the students. It is done in a hot room in order to allow the body to warm up quickly and to maximize the detoxifying, cleansing nature of the postures in the series. This style of practice allows students to move at their own pace, up-level or down-level their practice and focus more on breath. This class offers an opportunity to celebrate and explore what you learn in other classes. Teacher picks tunes! Temperature: 100-105 degrees, 40-60% humidity. This class is a set sequence.

Hot Tunes: This is a 60-minute hot hatha yoga class at YogaOne Kingwood. It forms the building blocks for a yogi’s/yogini’s practice of yoga. It is done in a hot room in order to allow the body to warm up quickly and to maximize the detoxifying, cleansing nature of the postures in the series. The class focuses on breath and alignment for safe and organic progression in the practice. This is for beginners through advanced students. Teacher picks tunes! Temperature: 100-105 degrees, 40-60% humidity. This class is a set sequence.

    Yin Yoga: Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. Sequence is created by the teacher. This class is very beginner friendly.
