Flow: This is an active and physical class with continuous movement where students transition (flows) from one posture to the next linking breath with smooth slower movement, often with sun salutations (vinyasas) linking the postures. This is an alignment-based class that is designed to help you build heat, flexibility, and strength in your body and mind as you work to achieve your peak pose. Each class will be different depending on which fantastic instructor is leading the class. Blocks, straps, and triangles are recommended to use during this class. This class is for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. Temperature: 80-85 degrees.
Power Flow: This dynamic, energizing, and challenging style of yoga links breath and movement through unique sequences, combining sun salutations, standing postures and floor work. The smooth, continuous flow deepens the breath, develops core strength, increases endurance, and challenges balance and flexibility. You will leave these classes with a renewed mental and physical energy. Each class will be different depending on which fantastic instructor is leading the class. Blocks, straps, and triangles are recommended to use during this class. This class is for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. Temperature: 80-85 degrees.
Warm Zen: This slow-paced, calming foundational set-sequence is suitable for all students regardless of age, ability, or experience. Warm Zen strengthens and stretches the entire body through alignment-based postures held long enough to get deep into muscular and stabilizing tissues. Slow transitions provide opportunities to feel the practice developing in your body. This class is designed for beginners if you are working with injuries, or if you are looking to ease into a hot class. Blocks, straps, and triangles are recommended to use during this class. The room is heated to 90-95 degrees. 40-60% humidity.
Revive Hot 60: This dynamic hot hatha set sequence class is done in a hot room. It is best for intermediate to advanced yogis. This is the same class as Sweaty Hot 60 but the instructor practices with students with minimal instruction. This class explores your physical edge while giving you the opportunity to explore advanced versions of each pose. But not to worry if you are new to yoga; you are encouraged to try the class doing what you already learned in Sweaty Hot 60. The difference between Sweaty Hot 60 and Revive Hot 60 is you will do Sun A’s between each standing pose, the instructor practices with you, and you are able to up-level with your poses. It is a super fun, faster-paced class. Blocks, straps, and triangles are recommended to use during this class. Temperature: 100-105 degrees, 40-65% humidity.
Sweaty Hot 60:This dynamic hot hatha set-sequence class is done in a hot room which allows the body and muscles to warm up quickly and to maximize detoxifying, muscle memory, strength, and keep your cardiovascular system humming! You will stretch deeply while trying new things with mindful instruction. This class focuses on breath and alignment for safe organic progression in the practice. Sweaty Hot is designed for beginners and advanced yogis, if you are working with injuries, or want an athletic performance boost, this class is for you! Blocks, straps, and triangles are recommended to use during this class. Temperature: 100-105 degrees, 40-65% humidity.
Restore Yoga: Restorative Yoga brings the body into a state of healing or restorative by activating our natural healing mechanisms. It promotes deep calm and relaxation. Restore brings the rest and relaxation needed to keep our immune system functioning healthy and happy!
