Nathalie Bakker
Nathalie started yoga in 2006 to complement her running. It’s in 2010 that she traded her corporate job to teach Hatha yoga. 2 years later she discovered Power yoga which has been her true passion ever since.
Particularly, Nathalie considers arm-balances a form of meditation that build tremendous self-confidence on and off the mat.
As a teacher Nathalie is known to get her students on their hands in a fun & safe way and experience life from a different angle.
