Throughout this session, you will be guided through foundational relaxation exercises and a fully guided meditation. Yogi will equip you with practical techniques to support your journey of self-discovery, emphasizing self-reflection, self-awareness, and self-acceptance. These practices will allow you to embrace your true self without the constant pressure to be "happy." By releasing this pressure, you'll experience greater contentment and fulfillment, becoming more attuned to your behavioral patterns. Restore & Revive: Himalayan Hatha Yoga Immerse yourself in the restorative practice of Himalayan Hatha Yoga, where a select number of asanas will be explored with mindful attention to breath and posture. This approach allows you to truly let go, creating the space for deep restoration to occur. In this session, you will be guided through asanas that bring your mind to a state of calm and stillness, easing the strain on your nervous system with minimal physical effort. The postures, performed while seated or lying on your back or stomach, are designed to gently engage all parts of the body. By focusing mentally on each posture, you reduce muscle strain, enabling blood to flow effortlessly and releasing tension from your nervous system, paving the way for healing. This restorative practice is not just about relaxation; it's about recharging your body and infusing it with renewed energy. By the end of the session, you'll feel revitalized, with a calm mind and a body that is both restored and re-energized.
